Commission per order
The standard model. A percentage of the factory order value — higher for small orders (more work per dollar), lower as volume grows. You see the factory quote and my commission separately.
Inspection day-rate
For standalone factory audits or pre-shipment inspections. Includes a photo/video report the same day. Often bundled free into commission orders.
What I don't do
No factory kickbacks, no padded freight, no "free sourcing" that quietly marks up your goods. I'm independent — I work for you, not the factories.
Every quote shows the factory price and my fee as separate lines. If a factory offers me a kickback, it comes off your price — that's the deal.

It depends on the product: apparel from 100 pcs per style, bags from 100–200 pcs, furniture from 20–50 pcs, auto accessories from 50–100 pcs per SKU. My sweet spot is 1–500 pieces total — the range big trading companies usually refuse.
Typically 5–10% commission on the factory order value, shown as a separate line from the factory price — never hidden inside it. Standalone inspections are $200–350 per day with a same-day photo/video report.
No. I'm independent, which means I work for you. I take no kickbacks from factories — if one offers, it comes off your price. That's the whole point of hiring an agent instead of going through a trader.
Quotes in 48 hours. Samples typically 7–15 days. Production 20–45 days depending on the product. Sea freight 25–40 days, express air 7–12 days. I'll give you a realistic timeline with every quote — not an optimistic one.
Yes — custom materials, colors, logos, and packaging across all four product lines. Apparel and bags are the most flexible for full private-label development.
